Using Webmail Filters

Filters allow you to manage the flow of incoming emails. Using filters, you can automatically move, copy, redirect, discard, or reply your mail, even keep spam out– all based on a combination of subject, sender, recipients, size and more.

To create a filter:
1. Login to the webmail interface.
2. At the top of the page, click on 3 parallel sign icon besides OX symbol.
3. Click on Settings.
4. Click on Filter rules.
5. Over here you  can add new rules you require. You can refer to the following video for the same:


Please note: The filters are only applicable for the new incoming emails. All the existing messages will remain unaffected by the filters.
